    Why BIM?

    The choice of a design organization is very important for the construction of any of the above buildings. Sub-optimal design decisions, errors and collisions can result in huge labor and money costs during the construction phase. Karno Energy is a complex design organization that has in its staff all the necessary specialists in all design disciplines.

     

    Constructive and space-planning solutions

    The design department includes 2 groups of developers of the QOL section (reinforced concrete structures) and 1 group of specialists for the development of the KM section (metal structures), the team also includes calculation engineers.

    The development of a model of metal structures, the formation of drawings and specifications is carried out with the subsequent import of the model into BIM. Calculations are performed in the SCAD computer complex.

     

    Project organisation in specified steps

    A large team allows us to produce all sections of the design and working documentation independently, which has a positive effect on the quality and optimality of design solutions, the absence of intersections in the project by structures and equipment of different disciplines. Karno Energy bim modeling services allows not only to produce projects with excellent quality and optimal design solutions, but also to prepare schedules and estimates using 4D and 5D technologies.

     

    Development of design documentation

    Development of Karno Energy design documentation is carried out in all sections in full to obtain a positive conclusion of the state (or commercial) expertise. BIM-design is carried out in LOD 300 detailing. There are no collisions (intersections) between structures and engineering systems, as well as engineering systems between themselves. Graphic and text elements have a standard design (easily pass the examination) and are supplemented with axonometric diagrams for their better presentation on paper.
